I am a translator and interpreter working between Spanish and English and based in London.
I have extensive experience of working within the judicial field, in criminal, family and civil law cases.
I have interpreted in serious criminal trials, including rape, drug trafficking and murder.
I have also undertaken large volumes of translation work in relation to these trials.
Over the years I have developed close working relationships with several prestigious law firms, being involved in the translation of evidence in preparation for trial and interpreting during prison visits in order to take clients’ instructions.
My career as a translator and interpreter has not, however, been restricted to the legal field.
Some other areas in which I have worked include: publishing, literature, academia, migrant welfare, trades unions, business, mental health, NGO’s and media.
